Add onion and saute until soft then add chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes.

This chicken fried rice is tender seasoned chicken breast pieces stir fried with scrambled eggs vegetables and white rice. Add rice and precooked chicken if using and cook breaking up clumps and stirring occasionally 2 minutes. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes then stir in egg.
